Top Performing Senior Power Project Manager

Trinity Power Rentals is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can support the Trinity Power sales team in the planning and execution of rental and sales projects, maintaining the highest level of detail at all stages of the process. This includes determining project equipment requirements, quoting, project planning, project execution, logistics, documentation, and customer support. The successful candidate will work under the sales manager direction, and is responsible for; (will include, but not limited to) Project Design Quotes Project Management duties Project Support Invoicing Administration responsibilities Sales Support Customer Service Logistics Support Staff Development Personal Development Requirements of Applicants (Education, Skills and Knowledge) Strong electrical / power systems technical background with a mathematical aptitude Strong business acumen with project management / logistics experience Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills Experience motivating and working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders Experience leading and coaching junior staff to reach their full potential Strong negotiation skills Strong computer literacy is essential. Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel Exceptional telephone manner Excellent proofreading skills Good written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills High degree of professionalism and maturity Ability to take direction and accept responsibility Ability to work independently and under pressure Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours Able and willing to dress in appropriate, business-casual attire Must possess and maintain a Drivers License, valid in BC Able to pass a Criminal Record check and reference checks Not required but an advantage Prior rental experience in the power generation field, specifically direct experience with large power projects Understanding of Trinity’s products and services Familiarity with ERP software (specifically SAP) and CRM software Basic accounting knowledge Ability to type 50 wpm Salary - Salary and bonus for KPI’s range of $70,000 – $78,000 / year depending upon qualifications Daily Working hours - 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday Start Date – January 2014
