Assist customers with their service needs. Prepare a repair order with customer's concerns at time of drop-off. Communicate with technician throughout the repair. Order parts as needed. Communicate with customer from pickup to drop-off regarding status of repair. Answer any customer concerns. Collect for repairs performed.
