General Sales Manager- Powersports Dealership

Del Amo Motorsports started in 1985 and is one of the largest, growing Powersports dealerships in Southern California today operating for more than 35 years. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager for our brand new Victorville, CA location. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year with commissions and bonuses included. Benefits: Matching 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience level & Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including sales goals, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Coach, mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets and provide ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and promoting customer loyalty. 5 years or more of Sales Manager experience in a multi-line, powersports dealership is desired.
