Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date documentation in accordance with the internal and external audit standards Provide clinical services as needed, cooperating with agency staff and external partners, and interacting with the community on behalf of the program Perform screenings and other clinical services A proactive position so we are not responding in an immediate crisis, but rather when there are a few red flags that might be higher risk and not engaging in treatment.
