Student Assistant, Campus Planning & Real Estate (Non-OHSU Student Worker)

Work activities will support CPRE’s three areas of focus space planning, real estate leases, and long-range planning. Primary duties include the following: - Participate in project meetings, document key issues and identify areas where additional research may add value to the department and completion of the Long-Range Development Plan. - Lead research assignments for the Long-Range Development Plan to inform recommendations, and/or space planning, campus planning and real estate policies and programs. - Visit campus sites to become familiar with the study areas and document conditions as needed. - Present information and findings to the project team, relevant stakeholders and/or committees.
