Please note this position will be a fully ONSITE role in our Needham, HQ location.

A detailed-oriented, passionate and dynamic individual is needed to be an integral part of our post launch quality team. You’ll play a pivotal role in product and data analysis to determine reasons for returns, leveraging your learnings to provide feedback through direct administrative, analytic, and physical interaction with consumer products.

This interaction involves but is not limited to reading and understanding instructions/job sheets/protocols/industry standards/etc., use of lab equipment (scales, variac, power analyzers, etc.) standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, holding, and lifting for various periods of time (the timing for each activity depends on the testing done and can range from 18 times per day up to 60 times per day), data entry using spread sheet program, and verbal/written communication with direct manager/supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect returned products according to quality and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot and fix sustaining production test issues that are escalated from Repair Technicians and report to Quality Engineers.
  • Perform basic teardowns of returned consumer products and documenting workflow followed
  • Reporting quality anomalies to cross functional team for review
  • View the entire consumer experience at a macro level to identify experience detractors and track product performance, communicating key learnings and developments to appropriate work flows for action
