Quality Engineer

Rossford Assembly is seeking a Quality Engineer to support our automotive manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement, leading problem-solving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry quality standards. This role partners with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve product quality, reduce defects, support new product launches, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years of automotive quality experience, strong knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards, and experience with quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and root cause analysis methodologies.
