Engineering Manager

About PeopleGrove PeopleGrove has built a dynamic cloud-based software platform for universities, companies, and nonprofits to power mentoring and networking initiatives. As a full-stack engineering manager, you'll become an integral member of a small team of engineers, working throughout the product and stack to build new features, improve the product, and build out our technical ops. What you'll be doing at PeopleGrove? Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software products. Drive technical excellence, people development, execution, and operational excellence while working closely with Product, QA, Design, and Architecture teams.
