Sales Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. Follow up for Payments. Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience. Carry out packing, crating, and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered Coordinate to Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels Manage the repair of equipment applicants must have a thorough understanding of MS Office applications and logistics software Identify, analyse, and control risks and opportunities related to customer feedback, market trends, and order fulfillment. Qualifications Education level:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering Technical Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills.
