Senior Specialist - IT Digital Workplace

You will be managing SCCM/MECM infrastructure, OSD, task sequences, collections, feature updates, compliance, and L3 support. Designing and maintaining Windows 10/11 client standards, images, lifecycle management, and Evergreen strategy. You will also lead hardware, driver, firmware, and Windows upgrade management. Developing and automating solutions using PowerShell. Also, create compliance reports, deployment documentation, and operational runbooks. Lastly, support global projects, major incidents, and on-call rotations.
