Accounts Payable Manager

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is a nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm with over 500 attorneys servicing clients in 40 offices and 22 states seeking a Legal Intake Manager to join our Intake team in our Atlanta office. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically savvy, learns quickly, a team player, and is highly organized. The position requires minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts payable, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
