Junior AI Engineer

Junior AI Engineer Location: Mumbai Experience: 0–2 years About the Role We're looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join our AI team and grow into a well-rounded ML practitioner. You'll support model development, data pipelines, and experimentation under the guidance of senior engineers. Responsibilities Assist in building and testing machine learning models under senior engineer guidance Clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets for training and evaluation Write and maintain scripts for data pipelines and model training workflows Run experiments, track results, and help document findings Support debugging and performance tuning of existing models Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for production ML Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Solid foundation in Python and basic ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) Understanding of core ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics) Familiarity with SQL and basic data manipulation Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team Nice to Have Internship or academic project experience with ML/AI Exposure to cloud platforms or version control (Git)
