Call Center Membership Representative

The Membership Representative serves as the frontline ambassador for AAA, delivering exceptional service to members by handling inbound calls related to membership, ERS, and other AAA products and services. This role is responsible for efficiently resolving inquiries, accurately following established processes, and identifying opportunities to educate members on benefits, products, and services that enhance their AAA experience. Membership Representatives play a critical role in driving member satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
