IT CONSULTANT SR

The IT Consultant SR will provide production support to include system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced business partner support for the existing network and desktop environment; serve as point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility; provide deployment/implementation support to include planning and executing the implementation of new network designs or configurations or enhancements to the existing network and desktop environment. 40 hours per week. Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed.
