Key Responsibilities: • Manage core HR operations including leave management, attendance tracking, employee records, and HRIS administration. • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with organizational and legal requirements. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR audits (Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and support a healthy workplace culture. • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and workplace wellbeing initiatives. • Administer payroll coordination, compensation structures, and employee benefits ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Implement and manage performance management systems, including KRAs, appraisals, and goal tracking. • Support training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance employee productivity and career growth. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation, HR reports, and compliance records. • Act as a strategic HR partner by advising leadership on people policies, workforce planning, and organizational development. • Plan and manage employee engagement activities, office events, celebrations, and wellness programs. • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding processes. • Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection. • Design and oversee structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organisation.
