Director - Training

The Director of Data Center Training & Technical Learning is responsible for developing and leading the training strategy that enables a highly skilled, safety-focused, and operationally excellent data center workforce. This leader oversees technical learning programs, workforce readiness, leadership development, certification pathways, onboarding, compliance training, and operational capability building across global data center operations. The role partners closely with Data Center Operations, Construction, Safety, Workforce Management, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to ensure employees, contractors, and field teams possess the skills necessary to support mission-critical infrastructure, operational excellence, and business growth.
