As Chief Accountant you will be responsible for operational accounting oversight, process optimization, team leadership, and active collaboration with the company’s headquarters and internal stakeholders. This is a on-site job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv. What is your Day to Day Mission: 1. Accounting & Tax Management Oversee the full cycle of accounting and tax reporting of the Company, including period closing and operational control. Coordinate the work of the accounting team and ensure effective collaboration with operational departments. Maintain regular communication with the Company’s headquarters, providing accurate and timely responses to all requests. Cooperate with the Financial Controller on analytical and reporting matters. Ensure accuracy of accounting data across systems and manage reconciliation processes. 2. Systems, Processes & Optimization Actively participate in the improvement and optimization of accounting processes. Define requirements and coordinate integration tasks for accounting systems. Lead and support the development and maintenance of accounting processes in NetSuite. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and methodological guidelines. Participate in IFRS implementation projects and ensure alignment with head office rules and standards. 3. Compliance, Audit & Controls Organize and supervise inventory processes. Support external audits. Manage processes related to currency control, international trade (foreign economic activity), and export operations. Perform other tasks related to financial function development and compliance.
