About the role
Acute short stay unit with focus on rehab. Looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring, compassionate team. LPN's plan, monitor, and provide nursing care to the residents within the facility. The successful LPN will work within their entire scope of skilled nursing facility/extended care at Mt Greylock, ensuring the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents.
