Mutuels Supervisor

General Definition: Trains clerks in policies, procedures and job duties and assists patrons as needed. Essential Job Functions: Supervises employees in a fast-paced environment and enforces policies and procedures Trains clerks in policies, procedures and job duties Listens to customer complaints, examines situation, and resolves problems to promote good public relations Summons security personnel as needed to assist with conflicts Handles taxable wagers and monitors and monitors scheduling and breaks for Mutuel clerks Finds appropriate answers to any patrons’ questions Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled Performs other duties as assigned
