Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Full-Time, Nights (Mon/Fri/Sat)

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technician to join the founding team at our new residential treatment facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan. BHTs keep patients safe, engaged, and supported throughout the day, spending more time with patients than almost anyone on the treatment team. This role is for someone who stays calm under pressure, builds rapport easily, and wants hands-on experience in substance use and mental health treatment.
