About the role
Bamboo Card is a Dubai-based B2B distributor of digital prepaid products and a rewards fulfilment partner to enterprises worldwide. Since 2018 we have built a catalogue of more than 3,500 products across over 80 countries, delivered through our client portal and API. More than 1,000 enterprise clients rely on us to power rewards programmes, employee incentives, customer acquisition campaigns and marketplace inventory. We sit in one of the fastest-growing corners of the payments ecosystem with the banking infrastructure and supplier relationships that make global digital rewards work at scale.
We're taking that same catalogue, supplier network, and payments infrastructure direct to consumers with Statero, our new B2C platform. This is a 0-1 role: you'll be one of the first hires on the B2C side, with the opportunity to shape how the platform operates, scales, and competes from day one.
Requirements
- Own the day-to-day operations of the B2C platform, ensuring accurate catalog listing, pricing, stock availability, and visual merchandising across global categories (gaming, lifestyle, retail). - Continuously analyze online user funnels, site speed, checkout flows, and cart abandonment rates to optimize conversion rates and average order value (AOV). - Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, flash sales, bundle deals, and regional promotions in alignment with marketing efforts and brand partnerships. - Monitor payment gateway performance, checkout success rates, and fraud prevention rules to ensure a smooth, secure purchase flow. - Coordinate with product and supplier teams to secure exclusive digital gift card inventory, regional catalogs, and localized currencies. - Track and report on core e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value).
Responsibilities
- 6+ years managing a high-volume B2C e-commerce platform, digital marketplace, or consumer tech storefront. - Deep familiarity with modern e-commerce stacks and web analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar). - Proven ability to run A/B tests, identify friction in checkout funnels, and use data to increase revenue without inflating ad spend. - Experience with digital vouchers, instant downloads, cross-border payments, or multi-currency checkout is a major advantage. - Thrives in 0-to-1 environments - you are comfortable building category structures, testing payment flows, and setting up operational processes from scratch.
