Accounting Specialist – Corporate Accounting

Job Description:

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and maintaining general ledger activity

• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Support month-end and year-end close processes across 24 dealerships, 6 collision repair centers, 25+ car wash locations, 2 laundromats, and other entities

• Prepare and submit financial statements to OEM and other third parties

• Work closely with dealership personnel to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Help maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes

• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
