The role
Nebius Group is on the lookout for a talented Legal Counsel to join our IP & IT Law team . If you have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in a legal firm or tech company and a passion for intellectual property and IT law, we want you to be part of our innovative team!
Your responsibilities will include:
As our Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in:
- Conducting legal reviews of license and SaaS agreements, including essential corporate software, as well as software integral to our core products.
- Collaborating with local and commercial lawyers to review IP terms in various agreements, including service and sales contracts.
- Managing IP outsourcing agreements with designers, photographers, and software developers, ensuring compliance and protecting our interests.
- Providing legal analysis and advice on a wide range of IP-related issues, helping to navigate complex legal landscapes.
- Addressing open-source matters, from license analysis to compliance implementation, while advising our business and engineering teams on best practices.
