This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading maintenance initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and facility systems Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation ✅ Qualifications Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
