Painter

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort has an immediate opening for an experienced painter. Work includes, but is not limited to: Applying paint, stain, sealers, and other materials using brushes and rollers Surface preparation including washing, sanding, scraping, priming and filling holes Sheet rocking and taping Furniture touchup using stain, wood glue, and other materials Removing and reinstalling various fixtures, such as outlet covers, door knobs and hinges, access panels, etc. Light maintenance, including but not limited to installing light bulbs, nailing trim pieces, and fixing fence posts Working in conjunction with all other departments around the resort, especially the maintenance and housekeeping teams
