EHS Supervisor - Wireless Services

The EHSS Supervisor – Wireless Operations is responsible for supporting the execution of AFL's Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) programs across Wireless construction activities. This role serves as a frontline EHSS leader, working closely with field personnel, supervisors, contractors, and project leadership to identify risks, verify controls, and promote safe work execution. The role provides day-to-day field support, coaching, auditing, and compliance oversight while helping drive a proactive safety culture throughout Wireless Operations. The role is highly visible in the field and serves as a critical link between project teams and EHSS leadership.
