OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To provide general and administrative support to the Residential Program including the staff and residents of the program. By: • Maintaining recordkeeping for the Program • Ensuring the safety of the premises • Assisting with client transportation and/or client groups, as needed. • Providing training and education to residential aids • Assisting the Residential Manager and Program Director as needed • Facilitating staff meetings, shift reports, residential groups, and transportation
