NTSOC is looking for a compassionate CNA to provide high quality care for our pediatric and adult clients to improve their quality of life at home. Job Type: Full Time/Part Time and Hourly Job Location: Client located in Sanford, Colorado Compensation: $18 - $22 dependent upon experience Benefits for Full-Time Employment: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, HSA, PTO/Sick Time, 403b with Company Match, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short/Long Term Disability. Benefits for Part Time Employment: Sick Time and 403b with Company Match Essential Functions: Provides direct care to selected clients as assigned by nursing leadership. Provides skilled assistance with activities of daily living, i.e., bathing, combing hair, oral hygiene, dressing, etc. Provides care in accordance with the client’s plan of care and tasks assigned by RN. Implements the client's plan of care in compliance with agency and governmental regulations. Provides simple exercises, transfers, and assists with therapy programs when instructed. Responsible for documentation of all care provided within 24 hours of the visit utilizing electronic health record software. Reports immediately to supervisor or professional staff any changes in the client's condition or any problems in assigned tasks. Provides emotional support to clients and families.
