Sales Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE This internship sits within the sales team of an early-stage AI SaaS startup, supporting the full customer acquisition cycle from lead generation through to closed deals. You'll work directly alongside experienced sales professionals, gaining real hands-on exposure to B2B sales in a fast-moving environment where your contributions genuinely move the needle. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy pipeline. - Conduct prospecting outreach via email and phone under the guidance of senior team members. - Maintain and update CRM records to keep pipeline data accurate and actionable. - Create and tailor sales collateral, presentations, and bespoke proposals for prospects. - Coordinate meetings and product demos between prospects and account team members. - Track sales metrics and produce simple reports to inform team decisions. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field. - 0–2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience; genuine enthusiasm counts for more than tenure. - Native-level German is required; strong professional proficiency in English is equally essential. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or a clear eagerness to get up to speed quickly. - Demonstrated ability to create compelling, tailored sales materials and presentations. - Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and how brands achieve visibility in AI-driven search. - Self-starter mindset — comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving startup setting. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: €22,200 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
