Global Logistics Project Manager (Operations & Performance)

•Drive logistics performance management through KPI monitoring and steering activities, regular reviews with plants and key stakeholders •Coordinate and support operational logistics activities between plants, logistics hubs, suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers •Identify potential and drive process harmonization, digitalization, and standardization initiatives across the logistics network •Support demand planning and forecasting alignment, including escalation management for demand fluctuations and backlog situations •Coordinate operational excellence, governance, and compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to Health Safety requirements across the logistics network •Develop complex analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and supply chain optimization •Support transportation management activities, sourcing initiatives, tenders, escalations and other forwarder-related projects •Support crisis management and cross-functional task forces for supply chain disruptions and customer escalations
