Our client, a Texas-based, privately owned Commercial Bank, is expanding its Retail Residential Mortgage lending operations and adding a Senior Underwriter with deep underwriting expertise and DE/LAPP/SAR certifications. As a Senior Underwriter, you won't just be checking boxes. You will: • Decision a Full Spectrum: Handle FHA, VA, Conforming, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs. • Be a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for loan officers and processors to help structure complex files. • Drive Quality: Ensure minimal turn times while maintaining “zero-defect” quality standards.
