CPI + SF Integration + IAS & IPS Consultant

Job Title: SAP CPI + SuccessFactors Integration + IAS & IPS Consultant Experience: 4+ Years Location: HYD/BBSR/BLR Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) , SuccessFactors integrations , and IAS/IPS configuration . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integrations between SAP and third-party systems while ensuring secure identity and access management. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop integrations using SAP CPI for SAP and non-SAP systems Implement and manage SuccessFactors integrations (EC, RCM, ONB, LMS, etc.) Configure and maintain IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service) Handle user provisioning, SSO setup, and identity lifecycle management Develop and maintain iFlows, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST) Monitor integration flows and troubleshoot issues for performance optimization Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements Ensure security compliance and data protection in all integration processes Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI (Integration Suite) Experience in SuccessFactors integrations with SAP S/4HANA or third-party systems Good knowledge of IAS & IPS configuration and administration Experience with SSO, OAuth, SAML, and identity federation Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML, JSON, XSLT Understanding of SAP APIs, OData services, and middleware concepts Exposure to integration monitoring and error handling mechanisms Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in SAP CPI / Integration Suite / SuccessFactors Experience in end-to-end implementation projects Knowledge of SAP BTP services Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and in a team environment
