Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Team Lead

HBK Engineering is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Team Lead to support multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams throughout the design and build lifecycle. We're ideally looking for a highly motivated VDC professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about advancing digital construction workflows. As a VDC Team Lead, you will guide modeling standards, coordinate with engineering disciplines, and drive the integration of virtual tools that enhance project delivery. You will work closely with civil, structural, MEP, and land surveying teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and constructible digital models. Working Location: TX.
