Quality Inspector

Quality Control Inspector Job Summary: Checks the quality of trailers for Big Tex Trailers by conducting tests, monitoring production processes, and identifying malfunctions. Appropriate usage of all required PPE. Collaborates with the plant manufacturing team and operations staff to deliver the highest quality product possible. Tracks quality assessments to ensure the plant output meets expectations daily. Utilizes checklists, standard work, quality standards, engineering standards, and iAuditor templates to monitor the manufacturing process and report on plant quality KPI’s. Follows product through the entirety of the manufacturing process to ensure each step is completed as intended. Performs detailed inspections of raw materials and final products and confirm they are manufactured to standard. Tracks, records, and maintains quality assurance data. Performs other duties as required.
