Job Summary The Guest Relations Agent will offer in-person, face-to-face personalized guest check in briefing and retail sales support at the base of operations. The role will focus on providing extraordinary service to our guests at every touch point with Blue Hawaiian, including check-in, Safety briefings, flight following, ramp operations and retail sales. The Guest Relations Agent will help grow base revenue with retail sales which will ensure a memorable vacation experience for the guest.
