Finisher Leadman

Overview The Finisher Leadman assists the Foreman in managing the crew and is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activity of Finisher workers to ensure that work is done safely, correctly, and timely. Must have strong basic knowledge of pouring, leveling, forming, troweling, troweling machines for finishing, and concrete.
