Production Support 2nd Shift River Falls

This position works Monday to Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am, with occasional overtime on Fridays. What You’ll Do: Support production operations by prepping, loading/unloading, sanding, and packaging materials. You’ll ensure quality standards are met, maintain a clean and safe work area, and operate small hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns. Tasks include: Inspecting and reporting quality issues Packaging and racking parts to spec Prepping surfaces for finishing (sanding, buffing, wiping) Supporting paint line operations Maintaining supply levels and PPE compliance
