Technical Lead - Zoho

To define organization IT architecture for Website, CRM and other business software to be employed, Data collection , process definition and reporting to management about the Data intelligence. Propose the right solutions for the customer’s business requirements leveraging Zoho Suite of products Build and manage technical, functional team comprising BAs, Developers, Tech Leads and Solution Architect Hands on development experience in some of the technologies i.e., Java, Javascript etc., Hands on experience on Integration methodologies, especially rest API services is critical Work closely with senior developers and architects to develop the best technical design and approach for solution development. To define and manage data security policies, make sure it is advocated internally by all. Have a mechanism to monitor and take action on breach of such policies Define and train/practice industry standards or enterprise standards of coding (within and outside ZOHO). Maintain a robust technology network of people to handle and deliver any tech requirement (in house or in freelance mode) define technology-based solutions with optimization on data collection and usage, ability to think beyond time and able to structure solutions for tomorrow Plan , design and develop software solution(on or outside Zoho) comprehensively Train, review and manage technical department and make sure development happens with quality, timeliness and discipline. Review comprehensively and suggest each resource a dev path and motivate to develop new products and integrations Appraise management about technical strength and ability to develop new products To make sure the team delivers as per the solution document and FRS/FDD to the functional team. Optimization from the solutions perspective timeline planning and setting of expectations internally and to customer through the project team Participate in solution design meetings and add value to the design Oversee the program starting from gathering requirements, Design, Development, Testing till delivery of final solution Strong talent for engaging client executives, managing delivery of multiple projects in parallel Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Work closely with product managers to share feedback from customers and engage on building new product features, enhancements that are critical Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and provide program status updates for management Requirements 6-10 years in Implementation role (CRM and SaaS implementation experience preferred) Experience engaging client executives, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software features, technical designs, and strategy Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of the new solution Mentor software developers, tech leads to improve their skills, and make them effective technical specialists Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, stakeholder management and presentation skills Proven proposal and BRD preparation experience
