WOW RN FT Days

Maintain an accurate and detailed record of patient care provided. Complete assessments and histories in a timely manner as outline in the policy and procedures, review LPN assessments per policy and procedure. Work with other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients’ plans of care. Directs and/or supervises direct patient care performed by other nursing staff members. Maintain a cooperative relationship with physicians, ancillary departments and members of administration to provide the patient with quality care. Administers medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures, and standards of care set by the state board of nursing and other governing agency regulations Provides quality, age specific care that demonstrates warmth and compassion Perform supervisory duties in the absence of Charge Nurse, such as staff assignments, security rounds and assistance in patient care areas as needed.
