Associate Manager Process - Onsite Operation

In this job role you will support for plant operation job along with troubleshooting of plant if it has tripped on any process/ operational fault You will use your ability to act proactively for any critical plant parameters so that it will not trip / fail machine or plant In this role you will be responsible for improving availability/reliability and efficiency of plant by taking swift actions in process without depending on seniors You will coordinate customer for hassle free day to day communication and co ordination in case of any issue in plant Further in this role you will support process/ plant operation to follow standards, rules regulations, safety for improvement You will be responsible for Personnel safety / Process safety and training to junior engineers
