About the role

Job Summary: Curbside Clerks provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service while assisting customers and fellow staff in supporting operations. The Curbside Clerk shops, prepares for pick up, and delivers product to curbside customers on WFC premises. They may be re-tasked during any portion of a shift to assist in clerk duties elsewhere as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Navigate technology required for successful e-commerce operations. Complete the shop of curbside orders in time for the designated pickup window, according to best practices and relevant SOPs within each specific position, as well as by special direction from your supervisor. Bag, label, and store shopped orders in good condition according to establish cold­ chain protocols. Interact with customers during shopping, after and/or at curbside with the highest customer service standards. Assist customers in finding product and/or information, promptly and courteously answer and accurately route phone calls, messages, and customer requests in compliance with established practices. Achieve WFC customer service standards for internal and external customers. Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment to support WFC's ENDS. Essential Organization Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Abide by all WFC policies and procedures. Engage in creating and maintaining a positive, ethical, and productive workplace that contributes to achieving progress on WFC's ENDS. Follow and ensure compliance with all safety practices and policies. Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to Minnesota Department of Agriculture and National Organic Standards. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve daily operational goals as directed by your supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of department areas and equipment and communicate and document any equipment maintenance and/or safety concerns to department management. Report any problems with systems, tools and/or products to department supervisors. Promote ownership and owner benefits consistently and positively. Perform other tasks as assigned by department management. As directed, move into back stock, rotate, stage, stock and/or merchandise products in accordance with shift criteria.
