Customs Operations - H Card Holder

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customs Operations Specialist with a valid H Card to support our Branch in overseeing all aspects. Responsibilities: Lead customs compliance and clearance efforts by managing documentation, liaising with authorities, and ensuring adherence to trade regulations and internal controls. Oversee end-to-end import/export processes, resolving issues proactively to minimize shipment delays and maintain compliance with current laws and tariffs. Support daily branch operations in coordination with the Branch Manager, focusing on performance metrics, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction. Act as a key liaison for clients and vendors, offering expert guidance on customs documentation and addressing escalations promptly. Coordinate with government bodies and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely customs processes. Contribute to team development by mentoring staff on customs procedures and promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements Qualifications: Valid H Card is mandatory. Proven experience in customs brokerage and operations within the logistics industry. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, trade laws, and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of import/export documentation requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
