About the role
Full time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The PT clerk is responsible for performing general secretarial, receptionist, and clerical duties for Physical Therapy. This includes answering the telephone, retrieving telephone messages from voicemail, pulling charts for messages and making return calls as requested. Position requires scheduling patients as well as calling insurance.
