Jones & Roth is seeking an experienced CAAS Accountant to support small- to mid-size business clients across the firm, with a strong connection to the Central Oregon business community. This role blends full-cycle accounting, technology, and advisory services —helping clients improve financial visibility, streamline processes, and make better decisions. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle accounting , including payroll and month-end close Deliver timely financial reporting with insights and recommendations Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Syft Provide financial oversight and review of client accounting Improve processes, workflows, and internal controls Support cloud-based systems (QuickBooks Online and integrated apps) Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting Identify trends and communicate actionable insights Supervise staff and interns
