Manager, Medical Affairs Burn Care

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Medical Affairs Burn Care based in United States. This is a strategic medical leadership role overseeing a high-performing, geographically distributed Medical Science Liaison team supporting a specialized Burn Care franchise. You’ll shape field medical strategy, strengthen scientific engagement, and translate insights from healthcare professionals and clinical experts into actionable medical priorities. The role combines people leadership with selective field engagement, giving you the opportunity to influence both team performance and external scientific relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with Clinical Development, Medical Communications, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, R&D, and other cross-functional teams. You’ll help advance evidence generation, medical education, publications, research initiatives, and lifecycle strategies while maintaining the highest standards of scientific integrity and compliance. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Medical Affairs leader passionate about burn care, regenerative medicine, cell therapy, or related therapeutic areas. The position is remote within the U.S., with up to 60% travel and a preference for candidates located in the Midwest near a major airport.
