In this role, you will drive operational excellence initiatives, support strategic projects, improve communications and processes, and partner across multiple departments to enhance efficiency, profitability, and execution throughout the organization. In This Role, You Will: • Provide leadership insights to develop short- and long-term strategies that drive operational excellence. • Participate in project meetings to help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. • Deliver timely and consistent project status updates to senior leadership. • Manage operational communications from development through distribution. • Provide on-site support for restaurant and market openings, re-openings, and operational initiatives as needed. • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures, training materials, and job aids. • Partner with Culinary, Supply Chain, and Menu Content & Pricing teams to support product launches and menu implementations. • Analyze menu item contribution margins and recommend point-of-sale enhancements that drive profitability. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing & Communications, Culinary, Supply Chain, Menu & Inventory Systems, Menu Content & Pricing, and Organizational Development. Qualifications/Criteria: • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. • Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic mindset with experience operating in a KPI-driven culture. • Ability to travel as business needs require. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Pay

Compensation: $90K - $100K
