OPERATIONS ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

Lead and support the execution of digitalization, manufacturing, and process improvement projects involving internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC), pilot, validation, and implementation activities. Act as the key interface between business users, production teams, software developers, and external partners. Prepare management reports, decision papers, and recommendations. Define and document business requirements, technical specifications, and process standards. Support the development of business cases for manufacturing and logistics software solutions. Identify, define, and standardize use cases for deployment across multiple divisions and production sites. Support the systematic rollout of successful solutions across global operations. Organize and conduct international training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities. Promote adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
