Collections Manager

CIS Management is looking to hire a high energy professional to create, design, implement & enforce rent collection policy and procedure at our corporate office. The objective of the role is to develop and manage a collections programs to improve cash-flow and to reduce receivables across all properties. The ideal candidate provides responsive and respectful customer service along with a passion to keep residents housed. Must thrive on self-motivation to call residents, collect rent/utilities/fees, maintain documentation, and work collaboratively with Regional and Property Managers.
