Software Craftsperson/Flutter/React

This is a remote opportunity for a mid-level software engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, maintainable software. You will work on mobile product features and medium-sized engineering challenges while developing greater technical ownership. The role combines hands-on development with strong software craftsmanship, test-driven development and pragmatic engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, contribute to technical decisions and help turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions. AI is embedded into the development process, giving you the opportunity to use modern tools to accelerate design, testing and delivery. You will work across the full development lifecycle while keeping customer outcomes, system quality and long-term maintainability in focus.
