About the Role

The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably maintained environment for our guests. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet ROOST’s high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Ideal candidates are detail ‑ oriented, reliable, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, elevated service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards

• Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in ‑ room supplies

• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back ‑ of ‑ house spaces

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
